We use the best locally sourced produce from Raasay and highlands in our restaurant. Wild Raasay venison, langoustines from the Sound of Raasay, Skye scallops and even fresh vegetables and herbs from the Raasay Walled Garden at the rear of the hotel

Our restaurant menu has meals for a range of dietary requirements. Many of our dishes are vegetarian, vegan friendly. Our chef is happy to adapt dishes for gluten-free and dairy-free diets. We also have a children’s menu which your little ones will love.

The Raasay Restaurant offers delicious evening meals to all Raasay visitors and residents. Currently, we are the only place on the island where you can enjoy an evening meal. We cater to not only our own guests but distillery guests, holiday home visitors, campers, local residents and visiting yachts so we can be very busy, especially in the summer. For this reason, booking your evening meal ahead of arrival is absolutely essential.
Please be advised that our last tables are usually no later than 20:30/20:45 in the bust season and 19:30/19:45 in the quiet season.

We offer lunches from 12:00 till 15:00 every day that we are open. We do not take reservations for lunch unless you are a table of 6 or more.

Be aware that we hit a very busy spell around 13:20 coinciding with the 1 pm ferry arriving from Skye.

When the hotel is open our bar serves alcoholic drinks from 11:00 and closes at 23:00.

Our wine is specially selected by an independent Scottish supplier. We have an impressive whisky selection and we carry local beers and spirits too.

Our cosy bar has an outside seating area as well as inside tables so bring plenty of midge spray if you plan to sit outside in the summer.

If you are a Raasay House Hotel overnight guest staying in one of our rooms then you can also have drinks in our “Library Guest Lounge”. This area is for the exclusive use of our overnight guests.
